Promotional products are items used to promote a product, service or company program including advertising specialties, premiums, incentives, business gifts, awards, prizes, commemoratives and other imprinted or decorated ITEMS.
Since promotional products can be used alone or integrated with other media, there are virtually limitless ways to use them. Popular programs cited most often by industry consultants are business gifts, employee relations, orientation programs, corporate communications and at trade shows to generate booth traffic. They’re also effective for dealer/distribution programs, co-op programs, company stores, generating new customers or new accounts, nonprofit fundraising, public awareness campaigns and for promotion of brand awareness and brand loyalty. Other uses include employee incentive programs, new product or service introductions and marketing research for survey and focus group participants.
There are literally tens of thousands of different types and styles of promotional products. In many cases, it’s even possible to obtain custom items that aren’t found in any catalog. Examples of common items include: apparel, pens, calendars, coffee mugs, calculators, key chains, desk accessories and memory sticks.
A promotional consultant is an individual who will work with buyers of promotional products to develop solutions to marketing challenges through the innovative use of promotional products.
Before any order process begin, one of our promotional product consultants will contact you and begin a free consultation process to determine exactly what promotional solutions you are in need of. Once we have determined your needs and wants, we will provide you with quotations for the products interested (or) recommended for your promotions. Samples will be provided if requested but a sample processing fee will be invoiced to you if the order wasn’t place with us. Once satisfied with the samples shown and if you decide to place an order with us, 50% deposit of the total must be given to us before production can begin. A pre-production virtual sample (or) physical sample will be shown to you to make sure every detail about your requested order is corrected before mass production begins. Our promotional consultant will update you throughout the whole order process until the date of delivery where we will collect the rest of the payment upon delivery of your promotional items.
Production time varies on specific items as some of the products take longer lead time than others. Our normal processing and delivery time ranges from 30-45 days for most orders. But please let our promotional consultants know if you need of a rush order, we can provide you with a selection of stocked items that can be delivered within 7-14 days.
Requesting a sample is a great way to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want with your hard-earned money (and we love showing off our fantastic promotional products anyway). For our first time clients, we make sure we show you free samples for the first sample order that you request. We also provide additional samples for an additional cost ‐ as many as you want (though, really, more than three, and you’re probably going to have a tough time making a decision).
Before production can begin, our company terms are 50% deposit of the total order. The rest of the payment will be collected once we have delivered the products to your doorstep.
If there were any problems (or) dissatisfaction you may have with our products (or) the order, our promotional consultant will first review the case with you and negotiate terms of how we can serve you in your best interests. If the problem was with product defects, damages (or) imprint quality, we guaranteed that we will work out a compensation plan with you & possibly replace the defected products.
